A video documentary and accompanying sculpture of my SALISH RELIQUARY is on view in the DECAY exhibition at The Vestibule during the month of April, 2026.
SALISH RELIQUARY

This documentary video captures the creation and subsequent dismantling of a saltwater reliquary on the shores of Skagit Bay during a flood tide on February 28, 2026. It is composed of organic and human-made items in various states of decay that tidal currents deposit on the beach.
In the context of a reliquary, these mundane items are briefly elevated as relics, inviting our attention, recognition, and contemplation.
